Integrations
Nexus connects to external services to unify messaging, e-commerce, shipping, and telephony. Each integration is scoped to a single organization and configured via Settings → Integrations.

All integration credentials are stored encrypted, scoped to the organization via RLS, and never exposed in API responses.
